Stafiej Family Photos

I had planned to take some photos of the Stafiej Family in the leaves, but wouldn't you know, the weather didn't want to cooperate. The whole family came over to my house and we took some shots around my place. I have had the pleasure of photographing Carla & Nate's, as well as Nadine & Myron's wedding. Needless to say, I have a special place for this family. Here are some of the photos from the day.

Sandy&John's Wedding: Sept 22

Sandy & John were married on beautiful Fall day. The weather could not have been better. Everyone in the wedding party was so much fun; including the two cute little flower girls. We took photos at Bear Creek Park and the gardens were spectacular!
John and Sandy are such wonderful people and really enjoyed photographing their day. I felt very welcome at the reception and had some wonderful conversations with some of the guests!

Lena & Kevin's Wedding: Sept 8

I met Lena & Kevin 1 week before their wedding. Lena was looking for a photographer and I was lucky enough to be available on her big day! The reception was at Horizon's restaurant on Burnaby mountain and saying it was amazing would be an understatement. The staff at Horizons were wonderful (including my aunt!) and I know Lena & Kevin could not have been more pleased. Lena looked so beautiful and truly looked like a model. She even tried out some of her Next Top Model poses for me. I had a great time with Lena, Kevin and all their guests. I know that they will have a fun-filled life together!

Lora & Sean's Wedding: Sept 1

Lora & Sean planned a wonderful wedding from afar (they live in Australia) and they did an amazing job! We started out with some photos at Stanley Park, and created quite a stir wherever the bride & groom went.

From the totem poles; to cricket on the lawn; to Prospect point; to riding on a tour bus; and finally to creating an "Abbey Road" moment; there was no end to the fun! It was then off to the Sunset Bay Yacht for the Ceremony & Reception. The staff were wonderful and the bride & groom were glowing!

I had a great time at Lora & Sean's wedding! Thanks for letting me be a part of your big day!

Rebecca & Stephen's Wedding: Aug 18

Rebecca & Stephen are such a cute couple. They look at each other and you can see they love that they have for each other. The wedding took place on a super sunny day (even though the weather has been poor this summer, the weather seemed to hold for all the weddings I was at). Rebecca's parents backyard was transformed into a beautiful ceremony site. The bride was gorgeous and her husband to be was grinning from ear to ear when he saw her. We headed to Queen's Park in New West for the reception and the facility was fabulous!

Natalie & Scott's Wedding: August 4th

Ok; so Natalie & Scott are 2 of the funnest people I have had the pleasure of photographing. The whole wedding party was a riot & I had such a great time. The wedding ceremony & reception were at Pitt Meadows Golf Course and it could not have been more perfect! If you are looking for a wedding site to book, this is a great choice. Julie is a great contact (I can pass on her name to you) and is very good at paying attention to details.
Natalie & Scott were married on a beautiful day and it was so warm out. They both couldn't keep their eyes off of each other and Scott even sang to Natalie with a barbershop quartet!

I hope the first week of school went off without a hitch for all of you!

It is that time of year when the leaves will start to change colours and that means it is a great time to take some family photos. I will be having a special for anyone that would like to have some photos taken this year.
The price: $100.00 (savings of $100 from my current price)
You will receive a CD with all the images and this will allow you to make as many prints/enlargements as you like.
I am accepting bookings on the following dates and locations for this special pricing:

Marie & Flynn's Wedding: July 28th

Marie & Flynn have been sweethearts for many years and they sure have a deep love for each other! I was lucky enough to photograph their best friend Jon & Bronwyn's wedding last year and could hardly wait to photograph their day. Marie was such a gorgeous bride and Flynn wasn't too shabby himself (he is a handsome guy!) We had fun taking photos at Minoru Park and then headed to Iona Beach.

Marie & Flynn were so giddy and their wedding party was just as exuberant. We got so many great shots of the couple! The little flower girl was such a cutie and I even was rewarded with a hug!

Stang Family Photos

The Stang family wanted to have some photos taken to celebrate their parents 40th wedding anniversary. We met at Rocky Point Park to take some casual photos of the whole family. What a great family and so much fun!

Kelly & Conrad's Wedding: July 14

My friend Audra referred Kelly & Conrad to me, as she was booked on July 14th (thanks Audra!). I was so happy to be available, as last year I was booked when her sister Rachel was getting married, so I had referred her to Audra.

I was really glad to photograph Kelly & Conrad's special day, because when I met them, I saw they loved to laugh together. On their wedding day, that giddiness continued. You only need to look at them to see what love they have for each other and that they are so happy. The photos we took through the day displayed that playful nature that they have.

Keep on laughing together Kelly & Conrad. You will have a really fun and long life together.

Chris & Jacqueline's Wedding: 07/07/07

When I first met with Jackie & Chris, I knew that they were a special couple. They wanted to make sure the photos were fun and casual; just like them! I knew that it was going to be a really fun wedding. Needless to say, they did not disappoint on the big day. Once Jackie was married, she made sure that everyone she came in contact with knew she was married. "I am married!" "Did you know that I am now married!?" The fun and casual theme continued right into the reception. The reception had a Hawaiian theme to it and their wedding planner extraordinaire: Kirsty made sure that everything ran smoothly. Guests were able to drink mohitos and special Hawaiian shooters (I can't repeat the names of the shooters as they will make you blush!) As the sun set, the dancing began on the rooftop patio and it there could not have been a better setting! I was so happy to be a part of this wonderful couple's special day!

Tammy's Maternity Photos

Tammy & Bob are expecting their second child and couldn't be more excited! Tammy wanted to remember the pregnancy by taking some photos of her baby bump. Their son Joshua wasn't too sure about joining in for some photos, but I was able to capture a few.....

Welcome Alexis

Two years ago, I photographed Lia & Kevin's wedding and I was really excited to hear that they had a little girl. Alexis is a few weeks old and I was so happy to take her first "posed" photos. She was an absolute angel through her first photo shoot. I think that we have a little model in the making!

Cute Little ReyRey

Sweet little ReyRey came with her Mommy to have some photos taken. As you can see from the photos she is an absolute doll and so good when I was taking her picture!

Candace & Reese's Wedding: June 16th

Candace and Reese were married in a lovely outdoor ceremony in Langley (In Candace's parents backyard). The rain held out for them and it was the perfect day for a wedding. We took some photos at Sendal Gardens and then proceeded back to the house for the ceremony. I was so impressed with all the decorating and the flowers. Candace's mom Liz is a super woman! She did a fabulous job with the flowers, decorating and all of the food!
I really enjoyed being a part of Candace & Reese's special day. Congratulations to you both!

Natalia & Cory's Wedding: May 19

Natalia & Cory had a wonderful beach ceremony in Port Moody at Old Orchard Park. The rain held out for them that day and the ceremony was beautiful! The bride looked so beautiful and the groom was very dashing. For all of the weddings that I have been to, I was so impressed with all of the speeches that were given during the reception. Each person gave such a wonderful tribute to both Natalia & Cory. I know that Natalia and Cory will have a long and happy life together!

Welcome Alita!

My friends Terri & Mark wanted to get some photos done of their cute little daughter Alita (Ali for short). Big sisters Kate & Maya

joined in for some photos too, and I have to say they are the super cutest! As you can see by these photos, they are all really sweet little girls.

Cheyna & Doug's Maternity Photos

Cheyna & Doug came to see me to have some Maternity photos taken. This is their first child and they were wanting to capture their excitment. We had a great photo session and I can hardly wait to meet the new little Condor in June!

Gowen Family Photos

I had the pleasure of meeting the Gowen family early this month; when I photographed them at Surrey Municipal Hall. Sandie said that her parents were celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversay this year and they wanted some family photos for the party. I really enjoyed meeting the Gowen family and I hope they have a wonderful time at the anniversary party this summer.

Connor's 1st Year Photos

Connor & his Mom Ali visited me to have some photos taken for Connor's 1st birthday. Connor is such a happy and outgoing little boy. There were so many great photos of Connor, that I had a hard time picking out which ones to display!
