Fall Family Photos: Oct 22

I headed out into the lovely fall weather to take some photos of some more great families.
Once again we made great use of the trees and the colours of leaves were just fabulous!
One of the best things about being a photographer is all the fun people I get to meet. All of the families today were great to photograph and I can't wait to give them their photos!

Fall Family Photos at Greenaway Park: Sept 30

I decided to set aside a day to photograph some fall family photos. Greenaway Park is a park that I love to photograph at, as it has a fabulous tree that is has low branches for climbing into. Needless to say, this is a perfect prop for family pictures.










I brought the pumpkins and spent 5 hours at the park, taking photos of the Saethers, Mountford's, Nijjar's, Neufeld's & Phoenix's. All of the kids that I photographed enjoyed running in the leaves and playing with the pumpkins.
It was a wonderful Fall day and I really enjoyed taking photos of these great families!

Brent & Tanya's Wedding: Sept 23

The weather has been so wonderful this summer and it continued to be perfect for Brent & Tanya's wedding. The wedding ceremony was so special and Tanya's son was a handsome little ring-bearer. Brent & Tanya's daugther was such a cute little flower girl, with her angel wings.
After the ceremony, we took photos at Crescent Beach and the wedding party was so much fun to photograph. The fun continued on the the reception at Sunrise Golf Course.

Chris & Shelley's Wedding: Sept 16

Shelley & Chris were married on a yacht during the final days of summer. The "Hornblower" took us on a tour up to Deep Cove and the weather couldn't have been more perfect!

Shelley & Chris danced on the deck while one of their friends sang a beautiful song to them. We finished the day off with photos at Stanley Park in the rose Garden and on the Sea Wall.

What a beautiful wedding and a wonderful couple!

Jon & Bronwyn's Wedding: August 31

Jon & Bronwyn had a beautiful ceremony at Harrison Hot Springs Resort. The ceremony took place outside in the wedding garden and it was truely a magical setting. We had some fun taking photos in the Japanese Garden and then we headed to the beach. Many people stopped to admire the beautiful bride and they even snapped some photos.
You can tell Jon & Bronwyn have a deep love for each other and they were so happy to be married!

Trevor & Lindsay's Wedding: August 26

Lindsay & Trevor were married on a beautiful summer day! I started out at Lindsay's Mom's house and I was introduced to her super cute nieces. They could hardly wait to go for a ride in the "limbo"(this is what they called the limo) and didn't want to waste too much time on photos. The ceremony took place at the little chapel in Burnaby Heritage Museum and it was a wonderful service! After taking photos at Deer Lake, it was time for the reception at the Italian Cultural Centre. The food was marvelous and the desserts were very yummy.
Lindsay & Trevor are a great couple and I really enjoyed meeting their families.

Tyler & Tricia's Wedding: August 12

Tricia & Tyler had a beautiful wedding ceremony at 3rd beach in Stanley Park. The wedding party was so much fun and we had a great time taking photos on the beach. Tyler & Tricia loved taking photos in the water and trying out some fun poses. Tyler even did some back-flips off of the seawall, which of course I captured on film!
The party continued at the outdoor reception in Aldergrove and I know the guests had a good time!













Congratulations to Tyler & Tricia and keep having that much fun together.

Mike & Michel's Wedding: July 15

What a wonderful summer day it was for the wedding of Mike & Michel. The ceremony took place at the rose garden in Queen's Park. Afterwards we headed to the Burnaby Art Gallery to take some photos. We had a lot of fun snapping shots of the wedding couple and they felt like true movie stars!
Mike & Michel had a lot of fun trying out different poses and they made it a real pleasure to take their picture.

Myron & Nadine's Wedding: July 9

I was looking forward to photographing Nadine & Myron's wedding, as I photographed Nadine's brother's wedding last year! It was wonderful to see Nadine's parents again and also Nadine's little niece Olivia. The wedding was at Swan E Set and the setting could not have been more perfect. We took photos with the wedding party at the front gate and even had some shots with a few parasols that Nadine brought. During the reception, Myron sang a beautiful song to his new bride and I know that there were more than a few teary eyes there!

I know that you will both have a wonderful married life together!

Kevin & Jana's Wedding: July 8

Kevin & Jana were married on a beautiful summer day in Langley! The ceremony at St. Joseph's church was wonderful and everyone had a fun time at Redwoods for the reception. While we were taking photos, Jana's dad was nice enough to bring slurpees for everyone. It was a welcomed treat as we were all very warm!

Congratulations to you both and also congratulations to Jana on your new teaching job in Lillooet!

Len & Jacqueline's Wedding: June 17

Len & Jacqueline had a lovely outdoor ceremony at Redwoods Golf Course in Langley. The weather was perfect and the wedding party was so much fun! I think that the groomsmen had too much as the above photo shows...... I really enjoyed taking photos of this fun group!

Coree & Serhan's Wedding: June 10

Coree & Serhan had their ceremony & reception at a hall in New Westminster. There were many special moments: Serhan giving necklaces to Coree's little girls during the ceremony; the belly-dancer during dinner; and the slideshow that showed the love that Coree & Serhan have for each other. Congratulations to you both and to your new family!

Mike & Carrie's Wedding: May 20

Mike & Carrie decided to have photos taken at White Rock Beach and it sure was a windy day! The bridal party were such good sports and shivered together while we took photos on the beach. I enjoyed spending time with Mike & Carrie as they are such a down to earth couple and you can tell they have a great love for each other!

Kyle & Stefanie's Wedding: May 13

Kyle & Stefanie got married on a beautiful sunny day! The ceremony & reception took place at Semiahmoo Fish & Game Club and the setting couldn't have been more perfect. The wedding party and family were so much fun and we had a great time taking photos! The little flowergirl was such a character and she sure loved getting her photo taken. I really enjoyed spending the day with Kyle & Stefanie. Have a wonderful honeymoon in DisneyWorld!

Jeff & April's Wedding: April 29

The day started out as a rainy and April was very worried about the rain continuing through her ceremony. The ceremony was to take place outside, so you can see why the worry was there! But the weather decided to behave and it stopped raining minutes before the ceremony!

The ceremony took place at Barnet Marine Park and the setting was beautiful! The bride and groom were full of happy emotions and it was a heartfelt ceremony! The setting was perfect for photos and we had the whole beach to ourselves.

I enjoyed getting to know Jeff & April and I know that they will have a happy and long life together! Thank-you for letting me be a part of your special day! Congratulations to a wonderful couple and enjoy your honeymoon!
