Sunday Afternoon Family Portraits

Bobbi & Nigel came to my house and some family portraits done with their family. The boys were two little hams and they loved to do silly grins and pose for the camera. As you can see, this is a very fun family.

Portraits of Contest Winners: Michelle & Chris!

Michelle & Chris were the winners of my photo contest at the beginning of the year. As the winners; they received a complimentary portrait session in my studio.
You may recognize Michelle & Chris from the wedding I shot at Bear Creek Park 2 years ago. Now they have a new addition to their family and he is now 18 months old.
I really enjoyed seeing this fabulous couple again and meeting their little guy.

Help support me in the Walk for JDRF

Every year I support the Walk for JDRF by forming my own team to walk at the Vancouver Zoo. This year I am a volunteer on the Fraser Valley Corporate Cabinet and I hope that you will support this worthwhile cause in one of the below ways.....

- Have your family portrait taken at Stewart Farmhouse on May 8th and I will donate $50.00 from each portrait session. The cost of the portrait session will be $100.00 and you will get a CD of all the photos.
- Take a Leadership Role: Form your own team within your company. Simply designate a Team Captain(s), set a goal, recruit Walkers, collect pledges and join us on June 13, 2010.
- Make A Corporate Contribution: Support our team by writing a cheque payable to JDRF and mail it to me or pledge me online at www.jdrf.ca/walk. For a minimum donation of $250 JDRF will create a "Gold Sneaker," which will be displayed on event day with your company name.
- Make a personal donation at my pledge site: http://jdrfca.donordrive.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=donorDrive.participant&eventID=804&participantID=46459
Over 300,000 Canadian children and adults live with type 1 diabetes in Canada. It is the leading cause of life-threatening and debilitating complications, such as blindness, kidney disease, nerve damage, heart attack, stroke, amputation and even death. Research advancements are making a difference. Children and adults are living longer than ever with a better quality of life; management tools; and are at lower risk of developing complications.
Thank-you to all my friends and clients for supporting my photography business over the years. I hope that you will be able to support me in this worthwhile cause.
